Hi Florin !!!!!

Try without fps option; use only ofps. I don't know if this is your problem,
but I mencoder this way ntsc zone 4 and I haven't problems at all.

Ah !!! If you are using 0.90pre10 or later, the option -pass is wrong. For
divx is -divx4opts br=852:q=5:pass=N or something like that, any way I don't
believe this is the a/v sync problem
