Beeing a wine contributor, I'm using wine cvs. could you say what files
are needed for import ?

manual workaround given by Sacha :

configure with --disable-win32
And modify ad.c that   &mpcodecs_ad_qtaudio,
is outside of the USE_WIN32DLL block.
You also have to remove the #ifdef USE_WIN32DLL
and #endif at the end of ad_qtaudio.c
