Hi !

I'm sorry but I don't know how to do that. AFAIK, you can do that with
transcode (with the filter_logo) if the logo is an image supported by
ImageMagik . Transcode is a fine piece of software and
has a nice gui (dvdrip based in gtkperl) but I prevent you that

i) It is slower than mencoder

ii) Sometimes it has a/v sync problems (severes problems if you are unlucky) 
with ntsc dvds (the cause because I change to mencoder)
