VBR (VARIABLE bitrate) uses a quality setting and tries to achieve that
quality regardless of the bitrate required. ABR (AVERAGE (?) bitrate)
specifies an an average bitrate that the encoder should aim at - the
results are a variable bitrate with an average of the size you
specifiy (obviously).
