[MPlayer-users] volume control in slave mode

excellent!  I couldn't think anyone would build something as complete as
mplayer and not put in proper volume handling!  this should go into the man
page.

in fact there 2 uses of this mode : dynamic or static :
	dynamic : "volume +10 0" or "volume -10 0"  this inc / dec 10,
	static : "volume 10 1" this set volume to 10
volume is [0-100], in percent, if you use the software volume plug (
range [0-255] ) you have to eval the right value ( 100% == 255 )
