Hi!

I have taken your feedback and updated my draft for the new MPlayer
README file.  Please read it and let me know if it is clear and if it
is missing something.

This revised version has a few more details and three new sections
that explain how to get the Win32 codecs and libavcodec in case this
should be necessary as well as first steps.

My first idea for the libavcodec section was to just say "Go read
libavcodec/README.", but this is not very sensible.  Why should people
go hunting through the code to read 10 lines of information?  And why
have two READMEs at all?  I can see no reason, so I included all of
the information from libavcodec/README into my quickstart guide.  If
it replaces the README, libavcodec/README will be obsolete.

Please let me know what you think of it.
