Yes, but I'm using reiserfs. Anyway, if I do a:

dd if=movie.avi of=striped.file bs=1024 skip=4000000  (skip first 4Gb)

If I play "striped.file" I can see the movie, but the the AVI headers
make the image blocky. I also get lots of "@@@ libmpeg2 returned from
sig11... (bad file?) @@@", but I guess it's normal :)
