[MPlayer-users] Tuner isn't capable to set norm!

Hi, i've got a generic Miro-PCTV video capture card (2 years old), i'd
like to use it for backup some VHS tapes but MPlayer/MEncoder doesn't
accept to set norm to SECAM "Tuner isn't capable to set norm!". the
system configuration is good because i can use SECAM with DVR (Digital
Video Recorder for Linux). Do you know how to switch to SECAM ? thanx
