[MPlayer-users] A/V Sync problems with MEncoder

How can I cut out a piece of the vob file? I tried using mencoder with copy 
mode for Audio + Video and passing it the -ss option, but it starts always at 
the beginning of the file... So I would need about 50mb until a good part 
appears...
I tried using the 2nd or 3rd Vob file from the DVD, but mencoder doesn't decss 
them.

I described only yesterday and didn't get this message. Is there an archive 
anywhere so I can search it?
