[MPlayer-users] Bug almost fixed: mach64 and xvidix output.

Latest recent changes (10 minutes ago) solve almost completely the problem
with the pink screen.

Now it has an small but: instead of failing (ping screen) now it (sometimes,
randomly) has a line on top of the movie output in pink, as if the call to
the vo code is done correctly after blanking the screen but it outputs the
movie a bit down. Just 1 pixel wrong.

But, hei, GREAT work.
