looks like new mpalyer with old codecs.conf

yes i'm sure, it's old codecs.conf
new codecs.conf assigns codec mpegpes to driver mpegpes, unlike old which
used libmpeg2 for this job

anyway i wonder why vo-dxr3 crashes, but it's David Holm's code, i cannot
even debug it (has no such card), unfortunatelly he seems to be very busy,
don't even read bugreports nowdays :(
