I know now, this isn`t mplayer problem, this is xfree86 problem.
I got an e-mail from Thomas Winischhofer <thomas at winischhofer.net> :
My problem was solved, and my driver work perfectly now.

-vo gl and -vo gl2 realy very slow.

I don`t know wich videocard have you got?

You should write a letter to Xpert at XFree86.Org, and if you can get a newer
videocard driver, you can use the xv output and it will work perfectly in
fullscreenmode too.

Yes. Go to my website and download a newer version of the driver.

Apart from that:

Remove this section, it's not needed.

Remove this section; the 5591 is the AGP bridge, not the VGA device.

This should read 0666.
