 btw. a simply oac/ovc copy helped.

actually it helped... but,
at the end of the file, the part that was cut out before... that part is
there but begins with broken video for 1-2 seconds,and because of that
the audio gets desynced... not much, and it's the last 1 min of the
movie..

so i think at that position there is some kind of error in the avi file,
and when i tried -forceidx, then he simply stopped the avi file at that
point.
