[MPlayer-users] Build failure: Cannot find vidix libs; How to specify their location?

I'm running into a problem when I attempt to use:

rpmbuild --rebuild --target `uname -r` --with gui mplayer-0.90pre5-1.src.rpm

to create an rpm package with the gui.

I'm using gcc3-3.1 as specified, but get the following at the end of the
build:

...
Requires: mplayer mplayer-vidix-driver
Processing files: mplayer-vidix-mach64-0.90pre5-1
error: File not found:
/var/tmp/mplayer-0.90pre5-root/usr/lib/mplayer/vidix/mach64_vid.so
Provides: mplayer-vidix-driver
Requires: mplayer-vidix
Processing files: mplayer-vidix-radeon-0.90pre5-1
error: File not found:
/var/tmp/mplayer-0.90pre5-root/usr/lib/mplayer/vidix/radeon_vid.so

/var/tmp/mplayer-0.90pre5-root/usr/lib/mplayer/vidix/rage128_vid.so

RPM build errors:

I installed the vidix libs from the vidix rpm along with the radeon driver,
since I have an AGP Radeon 7500, by disabling the mplayer dependency so that
I could get to the libs.

I tried copying the libs from /usr/lib to the
/var/tmp/mplayer-0.90pre5-root/usr/lib directory, but this directory is
cleaned at each build and the libs are erased before they can be used.

How can I tell rpmbuild where to find the vidix libs and radeon driver lib?
