True. The setup is usually what changes, which is the versioning I used for this. I can change it to say setup version instead if that would be more to your liking.

How do you get it to work with the win32 dlls? I have always had issues (errors) when compiling, and when trying to load the win32 dlls as well when it does compile enabled. I realized after I did this I don't have GL headers installed, which would explain that one.

Again true. There ARE pre-compiled binaries out there for Cygwin, although like I said, it currently does not work. I will send a patch to my doc file with a link to where I found them and the changes mentioned above.
