Most people use POSIX systems just for doing their job, but 
for LEEEEEARNING it.
They do not need to be sysadmin to play movie.
They do not need to be sysadmin to mail bug reports.
They do not need to be sysadmin to read mailing lists.

NNTP is just easier to use because EVERYBODY can deal with it
and NNTP possibly reduces traffic (not sure).

If you are experts in ALL areas, siplify lamer's life by placing
information about how to use your mailing list effectively.
Sure, this doesn't require a lot of time.
