you can try avidemux (on freshmeat.net)

It's far from being 100% functionnal.. But i think when it'll get older,
it will be a killer :)


Also i think mencoder should do it wihtout problem? maybe there are
switches that can help, man mencoder

and there's some avisplit (from transcode), but i think it can only
split avi's from tc.
