upload the whole file (the original) and teh exact commandline you used

anyway if you want '-npp ...', you also have to add '-vop pp' otherwise it has no
effect (imho)

i've encoded several very low quality 320x240 vcds to avi using libavcodec,
and i got very exact size (the wanted bitrate), for both 1-pass and 2-pass
encoding, with vqmin=3 and 2, 1 too.

yep, i used low rates, 600..900
