As i repeated many times: yes it is needed (see below)

Where is the divx itself ?

it could be that the resample plugin intereferes with the -dump*sub
Disable resampling in the config file and try again.
(now, how should i've seen that w/o a -v log ?)

What's up with the vobsub thing ?
