it's about 802.1q VLAN (the ISO standard), not about cisco's ISL.
yes, new ciscos with some sw upgrade and extra license fee support 802.1q
too, but our switch is very old and upgrade is not possible... so i need ISL
or mphq will stay at 10mbit for a while...
