[MPlayer-users] Mencoder: No video output from vob file with right -ofps

Hi,

as diskussed earlier I have the same problem with vob files while 
encoding them to mpeg4 e.g. I'm using CVS-020711-00:39-2.95.4 version 
right from the repository.

I want to encode a 25.00 fps vob file from the disk with -ofps 25 and 
without. The result is a avi file but with no video just audio. The 
reason is that during the encode process all frames were skipped. If I 
use the parameter -ofps 50 than none of the frames will be skipped 
(higher values lead to duplicated frames). I think this is a strange 
behaviour.

Is there any reason to this behaviour?
