Hi!
Take a look into the libdvdread library at linuxvideo.org
http://linuxvideo.org/cvs/viewcvs.cgi/libdvdread/
There they have some ifo_print and stuff.
But I'm still struggling to get it to work, maybe you have more
luck
;-)

Sorry, but I'm looking to a method getting the information from
a file, not from DVD. It has to work for already ripped MPEG2
files and MPEG2-PES files from DVB.
