dumpstream dumps the stream, without demultiplexing.
it's usefull for dvd ripping to hdd, from network etc...
(and for debugging, of course)

for your needs, i suggest -dumpaudio -dumpsub etc options
but it's not yet possible to multiplex selected substreams to file
