Hi.

After upgrading cvs tree yesterday, mach64 (ati) vidix driver seems broken.
(It was working before, till yesterday update).

Simptoms:

The video seems to keep the output in an "on-top" layer, so I can see the
timer and progress bar alongwhile watching the movie. It also blinks
repeatedly in a white color.

Facts:

System: FreeBSD 4.5
XVersion: 4.1.0
GCC: gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (release) [FreeBSD]
ld: GNU ld version 2.11.2 20010719 [FreeBSD] (with BFD 2.11.2 20010719
[FreeBSD])
as: GNU assembler 2.11.2 20010719 [FreeBSD]
Processor: (from mplayer output)
CPU vendor name: GenuineIntel max cpuid level: 2
CPU: Intel Celeron Covington/Pentium II Deschutes,Tonga/Pentium II Xeon
(Type: 6, Stepping: 2)
CPUflags: Type: 6 MMX: 1 MMX2: 0 3DNow: 0 3DNow2: 0 SSE: 0 SSE2: 0

    vendor   = 'ATI Technologies'
device = 'Rage 3D Pro AGP 2x (BGA Package)'

command line:
mplayer -vo xvidix -vc divxds -double -cache 512 <FILE>

audio card:
pcm0: <CS423x-PCI> at port 0x534-0x537,0x388-0x38b,0x220-0x22f irq 5 drq 1,0
on isa0

I think is enough, since it was working OK, so I believe is due to a late
change in the code.
