As i'm in england, and it only came out this week, i'd guess the discs are 
completely different. NTSC / PAL for a start...

but no, i've tried every combination of everything. Wierd thing about the 
disc is that both -dvd 1 and -dvd 2 play back exactly the same thing (the 
main vob is 2).

I guess there's no real way around it, i just want a GPL fairy to appear 
and go POOF! :D
