[MPlayer-users] director commentary

hi, i'm trying to watch planet of the apes on mplayer from dvd, but i 
can't stop the scruffy looking director appearing in a ilttle red box, and 
talking rubbish. (conversely on Ogle and Xinei can't get him at all...) 
mplayer says that the dvd has only got one angle, so -dvdangle is of no 
use at all. after that i can't see any options which appear relevant to 
get rid of him. like i said, i can't even GET him on other programs. also 
there doesn't seem to be a clean audio channel as far as mplayer is 
concerned, all three working audio channels all contain narrative... but 
is fine on xine/ogle.

anyone got a clue what's going on??
