[MPlayer-users] Bad Color

Hi, 

I use the following command to encode a mpeg4 file with mencoder.
mencoder -tv on:driver=v4l:input=0:width=320:height=240 -o ffmovie.mpeg4 
-ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg4
I use a BT848 capture card and v4l. I use a ATI Radeon QD rev 0 and 
a ATI Inc Rage Mobility Graphic card under redhat 7.2 (kde-2.2.2)

After recording, I tryed to play the recorded file with the mplayer.
The problem ist, that the color of the video ist wrong. 
Attached to this mail you will find an example of such a file.

Does anyone have a idea ?
I need a help or advice !!!
