i fully agree that it is best to use a width & height which is a multiple of 
16 as otherwise u lose a small bit of screenspace as internally mpeg4 does 
use 16x16 macroblocks and if the width or height is not a multiple of 16 then 
the boundary macroblocks are simply not shown completly but they are complete 
internally, so it is a waste of bits but mpeg4 does support sizes which are 
not a multiple of 16 and indeed mpeg4 does even support non rectangular 
shapes but i dunno which profile that requires
