Well after applying of some tricks I've get something workabke.
Well I use your code as YV2RGB convertor too (not only scaler)
But I've found that your code doesn't work propertly and I guess
that it's your lacks:
It works fine only in
1) -vo vesa:nodga
2) -vo vesa:dga -fs (-zoom)
i.e. it works propertly only if screehW == dstW (in case of nodga we
always have such case) and doesn't work propertly in all other cases
(not fullscreen scaling or just YUV2RGB converting).
But good news: YUY2 now is scalable too.
I guess it your bug and I can't currently fix that.
So if you want I'm ready commit such stuff of vo_vesa for its
further improvements from your side (finely of swscale.c stuff) ;)
