[MPlayer-users] Encoding for QuickTime playback

When I man mencoder and search for -vstrict I cant find it, when I try
to pass it off to mencoder it doesn't seem to know the command.

Error: 'vstrict' is not a mplayer/mencoder option
command line: -vstrict
