[MPlayer-users] how to use -aop or something else, to make less CPU usage of playing audio

like in windows Fraunfoher: configure quality - frequency 11kHz, stereo mode - downmix, resolution - 8 bit. If I use -aop, yes I can make frequency 11kHz, but CPU usage will be in 15% more! :(
