[MPlayer-users] vo_dga: can't open display

When trying to use mplayer without X I receive an error that says:
vo_dga: can't open display!
Sorry, selected video_out device is incompatible with this codes.

FATAL: Couldn't initialize video filters -vop or video output -vo.

I am sure this problem is because I do not have the right settings on my command line.

I am trying this:  mplayer mymovie.VOB -vo dga -nosound -fs

I think there is suppost to be a subdevice after dga but I am not sure what to use.

I am running FreeBSD 4.6 with a Riva TNT2 and am trying to run movies without X.
