Hi,

I've made new version of libmpdvdkit, using libdvdread 0.9.3, libdvdcss
1.2.1 and the patches, changes, features of old libmpdvdkit merged.

It is NOT in the CVS YET!

get it from:
ftp://mplayerhq.hu/libmpdvdkit-2.0test2.tar.gz

and replace the content of current (cvs or pre6) libmpdvdkit dir with the
content of the above tarball, and recompile mplayer.

it was verified on linux by me, seems to working well.
dunno if it's ok for *BSD, solaris, cygwin and others, patches welcomed.

note, that this version of libdvdcss supports 3 kind of CSS decryption:
DVDCSS_METHOD=title same as in old libmpdvdkit, crack title keys
DVDCSS_METHOD=key same as libcss was, uses player keys and does
everything the same way as windows players, so need region code set!
DVDCSS_METHOD=disc crack the disc key and uses it to decrypt title keys
should be more reliable and faster than title key
cracking, anyway the process of disc-key cracking is very long

i've ported/merged the per-disc key cache code, so once the title key is
cracked, it's stored at ~/.mplayer/DVDKeys/<titlename_or_dateandserial>/<lba>
for later re-use.

i've also disabled the 'crack all keys at startup time' behaviour, it's
useful only with dvdnav, which allows switching between titles runtime.
