ok
btw, with -vc null, it should work without -hardframedrop too
could you verify that?

anyway, with -hardframedrop video is not decoded, or at least it's only
partially decoded (hurryup mode). so -vc null _may_ be faster, or not,
depending on codec. probably helps only for win32 decoders.
