[MPlayer-users] TV Problem

Hi there,

I got a WinTV card (bt878), and I can watch TV with xawtv (though I can't record
sound there). I compiled MPlayer with TV support, but when I start: mplayer -tv
on:driver=v4l I get a black window with a black gui form, and nothing happens.
My CPU (an Athlon XP 1600+) is at almost 100% all the time until I abort mplayer
with CTRL-C. Any other parameters after driver=... seem to change nothing.
Has anyone an idea?
