[MPlayer-users] bug report: -vop expand=0:0:0:0:1 doesn't show osd/subtitles!!!

I had set the option npp=lb in ~/.mplayer/config file earlier and forgot it! 
;-) From mplayer log I have seen that the problem must be one with the 
postprocessing... with -vop pp,... setting to default (?) values it runs!

Attached there is mplayer log before I have found the solution...

After setting pp to default values (0x0 ?) no postprocessing is done and so 
you can see the subtitles:
