[MPlayer-users] syncing audio with mencoder

I RTFM but do not found something usefull.

I have a desynced avi due to framedrops during capture process.
I can resync it while playing with mplayer using +/- keys, but how can I
resync it permanently using mencoder?
I would just to "-oac copy -ovc copy" file but with audio shift.
