[MPlayer-users] ANNOUNCE: new -framedrop

Hi,

Just commited rewritten -framedrop code. It works MUCH better on my
test machine: abit BX board, celeron 366 (no overclock) cpu, et6000 PCI
video, XFree 4.2.0, -vo x11

tested with ffdivx and libmpeg2.
mpeg2 works better, because it can drop decoding of B frames too,
while with divx you can only drop blitting, but must decode it...

teh old code was very buggy, for my test setup it dropped frames in
group, like: 00011111111100001111111110001111111111111001111111111...
(0-ok 1-drop)

new code:
01101011010110101101011010110101101010110...

so it looks much better, even if 70% of frames dropped.

it still doesn't work together with -autoq, don't expect it, it is not
possible.
