[MPlayer-users] 2 avis and mencoder

http://www.theorie.physik.uni-goettingen.de/~ostreich/transcode/
Included in this package you can find avimerge.

avimerge -o file.avi -i file1.avi file2.avi ...

The inputfiles should have same size and bitrate.
