I've built four versions (3 'current' over the past three months or so
and now the 0.50pre1) on a K6-2/500 with no problems (gcc 2.95.2 to
2.95.4 on kernels 2.4.4-2.4.6 (first on a system that started as
SuSE 6.1 and now on Debian Woody)). FWIW.
