get a TTF file (from windows or find one on the net), compile
one of the 3 font-generator programs. I recommend TOOLS/subfont-c,
but if you like GIMP, try subfont-gimp. Run it and it will create
the font files for you.

We should release pre-build fonts in various sizes and codepages,
but I has no time to make them :(
