sorry, we has no time for this nowdays.
playback from separate audio and video files is on my todo
but don't expect it soon.

but i still don't agree that mplayer should play mp3 files.
it simply has no sense. the whole player is built around video
processing... so i should kill big part of teh code for audio
playback. and i'm not a killer...
