[Mplayer-users] Difference between mga_vid and xv, and 2 more questions

Not more. I've fixed conflicts.
mga_vid (CVS version) now saves card registers at open(), and
restores them at close().

Btw the main advantage of mga_vid over Xv is its v-synced triple
buffering. It avoids all type of flickering and also a bit
speed up things using hardware buffer swapping.
Disadvantage is more memory usage (up to 2-3mb for dvd-sized img)
but it isn't prob for 32mb cards.
(16mb cards needs some X configuration to left last 2mb free)
