[Mplayer-users] aalib question

Hi all! 

Yesterday I told about the aalib feature to one of my windows-user
friend. And he told me, he need some *.txt files with print-screens, so
my question is:
How am I able to make print-screens from a movie, and than how am I able
to save it in files????
