[MPlayer-users] SDL driver fix for fullscreen mode

 Hello everybody,

The SDL fullscreen mode don't work properly. It allways choose the lowest
avaible resolution and the video don't enter in the screen. I just see little corner.
So here is my libvo/vo_sdl.c with a fix so it don't use mode where the width or
height is lower than the video one. I hope it's usefull.
