Great!

avicap just plain sucks, vcr is nice, but relies on avifile, which has
problems with bitrates and vcr can't (yet) deinterlace, which is necessery
when capturing from a TV source.

Hopefully mencoder will be able to tune in the right channel w/o the need
for fiddling with v4lctl before.
