hmm. Strange! I've downgrade my nvidia driver  to 1.0-1251, but I've
hangups, still! (but when I try to change back from text-mode to X!) 
I've tried with 2 tnt2 (not same type)
Maybe the failure is in xfree 4.1.0.1 ??? /i'm using debian woody/
