XV obly supports YUV video, Intel Indeo 3.2 and 4 only deliver RGB video so 
xv can't decode it unless someone builds rgb2yuv conversion into it. Maybe 
try SDL driver it supports rgb/bgr video with xvideo (-vo sdl -sdl x11).
