[Mplayer-users] new configfile & commandline parser

Hi,

Szabi just finished the new configfile parser code, and it's
now merged into mplayer.c.

You can set up your defaults at /etc/mplayer.conf or ~/.mplayer/config,
and the commandline options are now range-checked for valid values.

This is very alpha code yet, maybe buggy etc... please report any
problems with it!
