hehe, you can't shoot it :)
YUV overlays are not in the physical memory!
They are converted, scaled & displayed on-the-fly by the DAC chip
from the YUV source image in the off-screen memory.
Everything you'll grab is the colorkeyed (blue/purple) window.

Are you running X in 16bpp mode? It can do some 'deblocking' because
of the 24->16 dithering/conversion.
